Perfect Livin Home Expo’s Comin Back At Ya!

Remember the very successful Perfect Livin 08 event? Read the article i wrote on it last year. Just so you get an idea the magnitude of last year’s event in order to be able to anticipate this year’s, coming at you at the end of the month, here are some statistics:

Dates: 7 – 10 August 2008 (Thu-Sun)

Venue: Halls 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre

Booths: 500 booths

Exhibitors: 200 exhibitors

Huge Turnout at the Perfect Livin ’08 Home & Lifestyle Exhibition

Presented by CIMB Bank and organised by CNM Events Marketing, the Perfect Livin ’08 home and lifestyle exhibition which took place throughout the weekend of 7^th to 10^th August 2008 attracted a large crowd of consumers and homeowners looking for home and furnishing solutions as well as special privileges on their purchases.

Boasting over 200 exhibitors and 500 booths, the Perfect Livin ’08 exhibition showcased the latest technology and products from renovators, builders, architects, electricians, decorators, landscape and interior designers.

CIMB Bank and Direct Access credit card holders enjoyed exclusive privileges at this exhibition, such as instant free gift redemption using bonus points, special buys at discounted prices, 0% interest instalment payment plans, daily free gifts, and millions of Bonus Points were given away in the ‘Spend, Spin & Win’ game. Visitors without CIMB Bank and Direct Access credit cards were also able to enjoy the exclusive privileges when they applied for CIMB Bank or Direct Access credit cards. Upon application, they were presented by a Privilege card which enables them to immediately enjoy CIMB Bank exclusive discounted prices.

In addition, the public were treated to various seminars and talks during the exhibition, including Master Yap Cheng Hai’s Feng Shui seminar, Martin Wong Tai Foo’s talk on investment and managing funds, and various cooking demonstrations by talented chefs.

In total, the event gave away more than RM150,000 worth of prizes such as Gintell Twin Air Advance foot massagers, vouchers by Baagus Window Dressing, LG 32” LCD TVs and a grand prize of a makeover by Rowenta Kitchen worth RM30,000.

Jean Yap, Head of Direct Banking and Cards, CIMB Bank attributed the large turnout at the exhibition to the CIMB Bank and Direct Access credit card holders which number over 1 million. She added, ““We believe that the savings made available to our credit card holders during this event is timely especially during a time when the cost of living is rising significantly”.

At the conclusion of the exhibition, Adriana Law, Group CEO of CNM Events Marketing wishes to thank CIMB Bank and all the participating exhibitors for making the event a success. She even hinted that the next Perfect Livin exhibition will be bigger than ever.
