Firstly called their office to ask for a consultancy, none of the designers were in.They said will return my call but they never did. I then got Vanessa's number and called her to arrange for an appointment. Met up with Vanessa and passed her a copy of the house plan. She said will get back to me for the design but never did and it has been almost 1 month. If u can't deliver, then do not advertise your company online. I don't care whatever award u have received before, I'll make sure u'll get the award for the worst customer experience ever! DON'T hire this irresponsible DESIGVA! The wiring was not done properly. My son's entire bedroom design was wrongly done and worst still.... did not return to complete the rectification works.
