Don’t ever take up Desigva Design – they messed up BIG time on my condo renovations. The wiring was not done properly. My son’s entire bedroom design was wrongly done and worst still…. did not return to complete the rectification works.

Hi Vanessa,
I have been purchased an online coupon from you & has been waiting 2 weeks for you to view the house before design. Furthermore it take more than 2 weeks to come out with the design. If you really can’t afford to do it, please do not advertise online. You must know how to manage your time to make sure he customer is satisfy with your service. If you do not come out the design by latest of 13/7/11, i will lodge this complaint to customer bureau n I will definately make sure you as well as your company reputation will go down to drain.

Don’t ever ever bother to enquire/hire this unscrupulous ‘Vanessa’ so called founder and design director of Desigva. Firstly called their office to ask for a consultancy, none of the designers were in.They said will return my call but they never did. I then got Vanessa’s number and called her to arrange for an appointment. Met up with Vanessa and passed her a copy of the house plan. She said will get back to me for the design but never did and it has been almost 1 month. If u can’t deliver, then do not advertise your company online. I don’t care whatever award u have received before, I’ll make sure u’ll get the award for the worst customer experience ever! DON’T hire this irresponsible DESIGVA!

I had some bad experience with them as well. Their designer are unexperience, the project was poorly managed, also not return to rectify the defect works.
